Our Intent

     Our intent is to provide the purchaser of a New or Used Subaru, with a large array of carefully selected vehicles, that have been completely prepared, prior to delivery.

 

Buyer Expectations

     It is our experience, that the buyer of a pre-owned Subaru, has the same level of expectation as the purchaser of a new Subaru. We make every effort to meet, or exceed those expectations.

 

The Selection Process

     Somerset Subaru typically acquires its inventory through the Subaru of America, dealer only, resale program. This ensures that the vehicles have been screened, prior to being offered for resale. Our criteria for those vehicles is simple. They must be low mileage and display the most minimal evidence of previous use. We also enhance our inventory with Subaru trades. Those vehicles must also meet our stringent requirements.

 

The Preparation Process

     We begin with a comprehensive inspection of each vehicle. All mechanical and functional items are checked to ensure proper operation. All servicing is checked and completed, consistent with factory guidelines. Only factory, original equipment, replacement parts are used. The process is completed with a thorough cleaning and detailing, which is repeated, on delivery. We also check every vehicle for its originally supplied items, such as keys, remotes, mats, cargo and luggage carrier cross bars. 

The Purchase Experience

     It doesn?t matter which pre-owned Subaru you select. Our goal is to make your experience unique and enjoyable. We want your Subaru to exceed all expectations and our sales staff, with their combined 150 years experience, will help you make the right choice, a vehicle that will provide many years of driving satisfaction. We understand that taking pride in our effort , results in pride of your ownership.

 

An On Going Relationship

     The after sale experiences, are what creates, on going, long term, relationships. Our sales, service and parts staff, are always ready to assist. For example, our service department provides our purchasers, of both new and pre-owned vehicles, with a free loaner car, whenever you come for service.
